The site fell away steeply toward the valley, and earlier schemes had fought it: a flat podium with towers placed on top, which cost both the views and the ground floor.
The developer came to ION before the design was fixed, which meant the architecture and the project's identity could be decided together rather than one being applied to the other after the fact.

Architectural Design
The massing steps down with the slope in five terraces, so every unit reaches the valley view and the ground plane stays continuous. Circulation runs along the contour rather than cutting across it.
Identity
The name came out of the massing study, not a naming workshop. The wordmark carries the same stepped rhythm, and the typographic system stays quiet enough to sit under the photography.
Visualization
Views were produced at the height of each terrace so buyers could judge what they were actually purchasing. The film follows the descent through the site rather than orbiting the building.
Digital
The project site is organised by terrace level, mirroring how the sales team walks a buyer through the development. Floor plans are selectable against the real view from that level.

Tek bir çalışma olarak yürütüldü.
Bu projede mimari, kimlik, görselleştirme ve dijital işler tek bir ION ekibi tarafından, tek bir ortaklık kapsamında yürütüldü. Bu yüzden her alandaki kararlar birbiriyle sonradan uyumlandırılmak yerine baştan uyumlu ilerledi.
