The developer wanted the industrial character kept legible without the result reading as a themed loft conversion.

The frame stays exposed and sets the unit rhythm. New insertions are clearly new — lighter, and detailed to sit away from the original structure.
Identity
Drawn from the building's own signage rather than a generic industrial reference, so the identity belongs to this building and not to the category.
Visualization
Interiors were rendered against the real frame geometry, so buyers could judge how much structure they were living with before committing.
Digital
A compact site — few units, so the emphasis is on the building's story and a direct route to booking a viewing rather than a large sales apparatus.
